Oh, hey, Olympics. What’s up.

This past weekend was insane. Thankfully I found a few events to go to that were “under the radar” (per say) so I didn’t have to wait in line for an hour and a half. If you experienced crazy lineups over the weekend, and you don’t want to go through that again this week, check out some local talented DJs at Goldies!

Goldies is a pizza bar on the corner of Pender and Seymour (605 West Pender Street to be precise). They have a basement that is sort of a pseudo club – it’s small, dark, and has a little DJ booth up front. Every night this week, they’ve got a bunch of local guys mixing some tunes down there, while upstairs will keep your hunger and thirst at bay with great pizza and cheap liquor. Plus, the cover is only 6 bucks! Woohoo!
